At Sundance Shoes, we’re a small business and handle everything in-house — from carefully packing your order to getting it on its way. We do our best to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. During sales events and peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volume.

If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting one of our Expedited or Express Rush Shipping options at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

• Sales/Holiday Processing: May take longer

• Standard Shipping Transit: 1–7 business days, depending on your U.S. location

• USPS Holidays: No shipments on USPS-closed days

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note: once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). Sundance Shoes is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you encounter an issue with delivery or tracking, please contact the carrier directly, as we cannot file claims on your behalf.
