What is Sundance Shoes' Return Policy?
Hi there! Did you receive a product and want to return it? Sometimes things just don't work out. It happens!
We want you to love your item as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please request a return through our RETURNS PORTAL (click here).
You have 10 days from the delivery date to return your return to Sundance Shoes. For information about our refund policy please refer to the next FAQ.

DO NOT affix the return label to the shoe boxes. 

What is Sundance Shoes' Refund Policy?
FULL PRICED MERCHANDISE: Store credit after 10 days.
  • For orders that are shipped: Your returned item must be returned to Sundance Shoes within 10 days from delivery date.
Merchandise purchased with a DISCOUNT CODE (automatic, manually entered, sms, birthday, etc): STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY
Merchandise 50% OFF or more (FS will be next to the name) is FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund or exchange 

No refunds on shoes without original box
No refunds on worn shoes
No refunds on merchandise without tags
No adjustments on previous sales


DO NOT affix the return label to the shoe boxes. If return label is affixed directly to the shoe boxes we will be unable to offer you a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship (almost) everywhere.
What are your shipping charges and delivery times?

United States: (2-4 business days depending upon the state)

Order $100+ are FREE 
Orders under $100: $8 flat fee
Expedited Shipping: $30

Rest of the World: (3-10 business days depending upon the country)
Shipping cost varies from country to country and will be calculated at checkout. 

When will my order ship?
We do our best to process and ship orders placed before 11am the same day. Orders placed on weekends and after 11am on weekdays will ship the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Please refer to the shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number.
How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. To cancel make a change please contact customer services here and we will do our best to help!
Do you cover the shipping cost of returns?

Yes, we not cover the shipping cost on returns for orders placed within the United States. On the rare occasion that you have been sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, we will arrange for it to be collected and replaced.

Returns for customers outside of the United States will have to purchase their own return label & send the item back to the address below.

I forgot to use a promo code. How do I apply it after my order has been placed?
If you have forgotten to use a promo code, please email with your order #, the promo code you would like to use and a brief message. 

Please note, if the promo code is accepted and added to your order, your order will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange. We cannot apply promo codes to already marked down or final sale items.
I received a refund, why?
If you received a refund for an item/order, it could’ve been due to a no-stock case, possible fraud detected, or by request. For more details, you can get in touch with our CS team, and they will be able to inform you.
