We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please review the return guidelines below:
Return Eligibility:

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Returns sent after this window will not be accepted.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in the original box or packaging.

Do not tape or attach labels directly to the shoe box. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box or poly mailer. Returns with damaged packaging will not be refunded as we cannot resell the merchandise.
Important Notes:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items purchased at a markdown (indicated by “MD” or “Markdown” in the title) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Items purchased with any discount code (including automatic discounts, first-time promo codes, birthday or SMS codes) are store credit or exchange only.

Final Sale items (marked as “Final Sale” or “FS”) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom-made or special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
