Orders
Hi there! Did you receive a product and want to return it? Sometimes things just don't work out. It happens!We want you to love your item as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please request a return through our RETURNS PORTAL (click here).
You have 10 days from the delivery date to return your return to Sundance Shoes. For information about our refund policy please refer to the next FAQ.
DO NOT affix the return label to the shoe boxes. If a label is affixed to the shoe box, garment, etc we cannot offer any form of a refund.
FULL-PRICED MERCHANDISE
- For shipped orders: Items must be received back at Sundance Shoes within 10 days of the delivery date.
- After 10 days, returns will be eligible for store credit only.
- All sales are final after 30 days.
DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE
- Items marked MD and/or "Markdown(s)" in the title: Store credit or exchange only.
- Items purchased using any discount code (including but not limited to automatic discounts, manually entered codes, SMS promos, birthday offers, etc.): Store credit or exchange only.
- Items that are 50% off or more and marked FS or F.S.: FINAL SALE – not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- No refunds on shoes without the original box.
- No refunds on worn merchandise.
- No refunds on items without tags.
- No adjustments on previous sales.
FINAL SALE
All sales are final after 30 days.
If you have forgotten to use a promo code, please email sundanceshoesbirmingham@gmail.com with your order #, the promo code you would like to use and a brief message.
Please note, if the promo code is accepted and added to your order, your order will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange. We cannot apply promo codes to already marked down or final sale items.
If you received a refund for an item/order, it could’ve been due to a no-stock case, possible fraud detected, or by request. For more details, you can get in touch with our CS team, and they will be able to inform you.

Shipping & Returns
United States: (3-7 business days depending upon the state)
Order $100+ are FREE
Orders under $100: $8 flat fee
Expedited Shipping: $30
Rest of the World: (3-20 business days depending upon the country)
Shipping cost varies from country to country and will be calculated at checkout.
We do our best to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. However, during sales events and peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed due to a higher volume of orders. If you need your order urgently, we highly recommend selecting an express shipping option at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Depending on your location within the U.S., delivery may take 1–7 business days
Orders will not ship on days USPS is closed
Expedited Shipping:
We offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide options and rates.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Sundance Shoes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Ownership of the package transfers to the carrier (USPS or UPS) once it leaves our facility. If there are any issues with delivery or tracking, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to file claims on behalf of the customer.

We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. To cancel make a change please contact customer services here and we will do our best to help!
Yes, we not cover the shipping cost on returns for orders placed within the United States. On the rare occasion that you have been sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, we will arrange for it to be collected and replaced.
Returns for customers outside of the United States will have to purchase their own return label & send the item back to the address below.

If it is in stock, of course you can exchange for the next size up or down. Use our return/exchange portal to start your exchange.(click here)
A majority of our items are unable to re-order due to the items being purchased for the store 6 months in advance. You can always ask a sales associate or give us a call/text/email with the company name, size & color and we can see if the item is re-orderable.
We CANNOT re-order any items that have MD or FS in the title nor any items that are discounted 20%+ off.
It depends on the item. Please ask one of our sales associates at Sundance Shoes if we are able to special order a particular item for you.
Keep in mind that while we may take your name and phone number, this does not guarantee the item will be reserved for you.
To ensure the item is yours, you must pre-pay for it. Due to high demand, orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis when we contact customers.
