Shipping Policy – Sundance Shoes

We do our best to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. However, during sales events and peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed due to a higher volume of orders. If you need your order urgently, we highly recommend selecting an express shipping option at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options (USA):

• Free Standard Shipping – Orders $100+
• Standard Shipping – $8 (1–7 business days after 1–3 day processing)
• Expedited – $40 (2–3 business days)
• Express Rush – $60 (1–2 business days)
• Local Pickup – Free (you’ll be notified when your order is ready)
  

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. During sales or holidays, it may take a little longer.

Rest of the World: (3-20 business days depending upon the country)
Shipping cost varies from country to country and will be calculated at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Sundance Shoes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Ownership of the package transfers to the carrier (USPS or UPS) once it leaves our facility. If there are any issues with delivery or tracking, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to file claims on behalf of the customer.
